 Powered by a Cummins 6BT 5.9M 210 HP diesel with approximately 3,800 hours. The four-blade bronze prop was reconditioned by Accutech in 2026 and is equipped with a line cutter.
The Blue Seas 31 is a Downeast-style design with a semi-displacement hull, full-length keel, protected rudder, and pronounced bow flare. This boat is the original shorter-wheelhouse version of the design.

The current owner has owned the boat for 14 years and has generally stored it indoors during the winter. During that ownership, the boat has completed two Intracoastal trips to Florida, along with regular cruising throughout New England and Long Island.

The interior includes a galley-down layout, head, berths, salon screening, and privacy curtains. The large cockpit provides space for cruising, entertaining, or fishing.
