Overview
The Catalina 36' is one of the most popular mid-sized sailboats in America. She has the looks and performance to make any owner proud. Her layout below includes a large double berth aft. Four large hatches w/screens, in conjunction with the companionway, provide lots of light and ventilation. This beautiful boat is a favorite of coastal cruisers and liveaboards alike. A recent survey showed some moisture in portions of her deck and cabin top, hence the attractive pricing.

MIR-A-MER is a very clean, above average Catalina 36 Tall Rig Sloop with the 5'10" keel which provides much better sailing performance than her "wing keel" sisterships. MIR-A-MER'S owner is both knowledgeable and caring regarding her maintenance. She is very clean inside and out. Two important features of this 1990 Catalina are her "easy boarding" stern platform, and her very attractive teak interior, not found on later Catalina models.
