Thanks for the voice mail yesterday.  I must thank you, as well, for a very pleasurable experience in purchasing our dream boat.  We have encountered numerous different yacht brokers/sales people over the past several months in our pursuit of a new boat. Most of them presented themselves as nothing more than used car salesmen, which is not the type of person we wanted to work with.

Your philosophy is quite different.  You are not happy in just selling a boat.  You take the time to listen to your customers needs, and with your extensive knowledge you make recommendations on which boat(s) will best suit them.  From the moment we began working with your company, your entire staff has been nothing but positive and energetic in finding us our new boat.

This is the third boat we have purchased over the past seven years and I would fully expect that this is only the start of a long and prosperous relationship with your company.  As you know, Amy McLane was our official yacht broker, and she has been absolutely wonderful throughout this entire process. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty, on several occasions, to put this deal together.  I know she is fairly new to this business but trust me when I tell you she is one of your strongest assets.  It is quite obvious that she will do whatever it takes to get the job done.  I look forward to many wonderful seasons our new Cabo.
